Chappell Roan confronts a photog who was rude to her at Grammys party in February

"You were so disrespectful to me at the Grammys,” the singer could be heard saying in a video shared to social media as she approached the photographer. 

“You yelled at me at the Grammy party. Yes, I remember. You were so rude to me. And I deserve an apology for that. You need to apologize to me,” Roan said.

Yikes, if she can't live this way with the media, I'm worried that this won't look good on her. Keep going and move on, it sounds so mothering asking for an apology.

I like Chappell and there's no doubt she's an incredible talent, but she seems angry at the moment. All the fame is obviously getting to her and I think it's manifesting itself in these outbursts, which unfortunately don't reflect well on her either. I truly think she needs to take a break from music for a while and decide whether this career is what she really wants. I'm all for celebrities taking a stand against systemic issues and behaviours, but unfortunately the entertainment industry will not be changing anytime soon. It's toxic and it's here to stay.

Ok it was a pop culture moment when she insulted him back bc it unexpected, but we all have nerves, none of the photographer or Roan should be blamed for that. 

Idk why the medias like to constantly bash Roan since she criticized the star system. Let her think what she wants, she actually is famous and that's how she feels about that. And if she prefer to not vote let her do what she wants, I mean I'm apolitical too and idk why y'all force us to do like them (I don't trust politicians but I have political povs).

I've seen so many people attack the paparazzi on here, complain about the way the media behave more generally etc whenever they give a hard time to your faves.

And the second you dislike the act in question suddenly everyone is on board with with the paparazzi.

She's honestly insufferable. Even if you like her music, you need to recognize she's always mad about stupid stuff/ stuff that is expected when you're a celebrity. If she doesn't want to be famous, she can stay home.

She can speak about it all she wants but the truth is she doesn't have the power to change things and probably no one in the music industry has it... She has to learn to deal with it or find a good time and place to talk about it.

And the stuff she complains about is quite embarassing... taking pictures with fans? signing autographs? being stalked by paparazzi? It's always been part of the game for famous people, it's not a huge price to pay for the millions of dollars they make sometimes for a single performance.
