You don't lose your value as a gay man, once you no longer look like a child. You were made to believe that, but it is not the truth. 

For instance, someone like me would be described as a "femboy", could you imagine how my mental health would be, if I legitimately tried to look like a " Fem BOY"? . I'M 35 YEARS OLD  I ain't no "boy", and I don't want to look like a boy either. 

I'm an adult man, and I'm very comfortable looking my age, thanks . You are not the problem, our community needs to revisit certain ideas, which is a different thing.

No, it specifically refers to men who look slim, but are also "youthful looking" (aka: look like a minor ). It's age-related too. 

For example, Frankie Grande is not considered a Twink despite being feminine and slim. But Troye Sivan is. 

The reason is: Troye Sivan still has an "innocent/youthful" appearance, his skin is smooth and has soft features, whereas Frankie looks his age. The term itself is kind of problematic, but it's too much of a complicated conversation for this thread, lol.
