I kinda expect an album announcement this Friday. She traditionally announces at the same time or close to the lead single, plus we all know an album is coming, there really is no point keeping this under wraps any longer.

I hope she waits for a while before announcing album title and a release date. Maybe drop a few Easter eggs here and there, through visuals and social media. The fact that we're getting first single 4 months in advance is probably suggesting that she has a really good promotional plan for this era. Announcing the album title and release date on Christmas or New Years Eve would be amazing. That would probably be around 2 months of pre-order before the release.

I think it depends on whether she plans to announce a tour soon. She probably wants to give that a name that's not LG7 ball
