To be cured she actually had to face the pain literally HEAD ON hence the crash image

The lavender palette gives a dreamy soft feel which really juxtaposes with the brutal message… some sense of duality 

 

I agree with a lot of this theory about LG7 being linked to her dealing with her trauma. I feel like everything she's been talking about recently - like how the Chromatica Ball tour was like a rebirth of her Gaga energy, the new chapter in her Fibro journey etc all speaks to her being in a significantly happier/healthier place now than perhaps ever before in her career.

Let’s think about where she left off during Chromatica, the last video was of her lying on the ground after a car crash. That was an album full of pain and healing, maybe this is her album of being healed, so it’s her surviving the crash, healing and moving forward, hence the disease being cured
