His drama aside, I just don't understand how someone who lives in a multi-million dollar mansion is "struggling financially"?

I've always said poverty is expensive but sh*t it looks like being rich is even more expensive.

I'd like to think if I had that amount of cash I'd at least be financially set for life but idk 

Rich people are dumb. That's my key takeaway.

Its actually very common for 'celebrities' and those of immense wealth to rely on real estate and flipping houses for extra income. Seems Luke is having some trouble since these usually flip quickly. Many appear on Architectural Digest episodes ahead of selling to get the home in front of masses and visibility.
