I agree theyve gotten too short but at the same time the 4:20 long songs i used to really enjoy now feel like they never end

 

Im very into 3:00 to 3:30 range tho a ballad like DWAS its fine to be around 4m

 

But like for example INLA is such an awesome song but the intro and end feel so unnecessairily long to me. The middle of the song is the real meat and potatos but the intro and ending feel like they were adding hair extentions for no reason

Well of course if the song is long in an unnecessary way, keep it short. But Gaga can make good verses and bridges on top on good chorus (Born This Way album being a perfect exemple). I don't want a mess à la Hard Candy with 5mins long song where 2:30 of the song is repetitive instrumental

She has a 4:12 long song that’s number 1 on the chart that ACTUALLY matters right now so I hope she realizes song length doesn’t help and doesn’t hold back. I want FULL songs. Chromatica has obviously amazing songs but they always feel like they end before they should
