I doubt it came to a surprise for her or for her team. They're not that naive to know that after all what happened during the production and the ongoing weirdness about the director that the outcome of this could have been a let down as well. I guess the companion album, the narrow time frame until LG7 lead and maybe even DWAS with Bruno was all part of an emergency response to keep the backlash as tight as possible and only stuck to the movie but not to her personally

They def/probably had seen the early final cuts of the film. 

I just cant believe we are in this timeline. Everything feels so surreal like idk if this is good or bad anymore. 

I just hope this wont affect the planned releases the fans deserve
