I think Gaga and her team are aware of how infamous and extremely out of context her film promo interviews have become due to her method acting ways and also clickbait etc. So she was just teasing/preparing everyone with the "I'm ready for my interview" post saying that it's basically going to start again. Also Interview with a Vampire has already been adapted into a critically-acclaimed series so it wouldn't make sense for a film adaption so soon after. Only one I could see is Merrick Mayfair, the titular character of Book 7 — a beautiful, powerful witch who is a member of the Talamasca, a secret society. Coincidentally... AMC just announced they greenlit a new series focusing on the Talamasca. Let's not make a rumor for every follower, especially when it's about her acting career..
