Honestly I don't know why the government doesn't just make it illegal to sell above face value. Even before ticketmaster invented "dynamic" pricing ticket touts were an issue - this would kill off all the resale sites instantly.

yeah in some sense the ticket is 2nd hand, it should be cheaper lol
