he was flopping on streaming platforms, his album was projected to debut with less than 30k from streaming on midweek chart

That's really weird. We're expected to believe 300k copies are being sold but his album is barely streaming? That all of his fans are whipping out CD/Cassette/record players every time they wanna listen to his album?
