My new theory is that DWAS was a spur of the moment/truly organic collab that just happened and Gaga decided to expedite it because the label wants LG7 after Joker

Yeah, and maybe she even postponed the lead, which was supposed to come out in August, just for DWAS. So she's probably even given it too much attention at this point and is ready to start her own project

I hope the album at least has a lead single. I'm not used to hearing a full album at once. I like to hear the lead single, sit with it and then digest it. I think that creates excitement. 

I'm not opposed to it, new music is coming so that's the most important thing.
