The suit is apparently filed in France, which I am neither French nor a lawyer, but it's possible that bullying is defined as a type of harassment. And depending on the laws applicable, harassment is something she could sue them for.

France does have weird laws, so maybe it is illegal? They deserve whatever shes doing to them so im happy about that.

It is considered harassement and they can be sued.
