Not everyone on the soundtrack is featured in the film. I think it's kinda refreshing if she did a feature on a Joker soundtrack single and Bruno being the main artist, it's a nice spin not all the focus being on her as a singer, but moreso as an actor. But who knows, it may have nothing to do with Joker after all. The timing would be odd though.
