Our Olympic Stadium hold up to 70.000 people and only 26.000 showed up even though the concert was heavily promoted, also a lot of people had free tickets to make it look more packed. The whole upper section was closed last minute and people were moved to the lower section to make it look full. The arena was restricted also. ArtRave is one of the worst selling international concerts that ever happened in Greece. It should be noted that the show happened at the peak of the economic crisis. When we're not together tell me everything's gonna be alright

ArtRave is one of the worst selling international concerts that ever happened in Greece. It should be noted that the show happened at the peak of the economic crisis. I notice that no one performed any concerts there for 8 years afterwards. For that reason, I don't think it's a sign that the country just didn't want her, it was down to financial hardship and it was clear at this point that the country would need many years of healing before it ever got back to normal concert-going. I notice that every concert afterwards also had similarly low figures throughout its return to hosting concerts in the 2022 and 2023 season (30k-45k at most for Scorpions, Iron Maiden, Guns n Roses, Imagine Dragons and Rammstein). Coldplay was the big outlier this year with 2 sold out dates. Maybe it is a sign that the tide is turning but unfortunately, I don't think Gaga's team will take this risk any time soon. Maybe if more artists go there and it draws better figures. For what it's worth, it wasn't the smallest crowd. Carlos Santana drew 25k in 2009 and Frank Sinatra got just 18k in 1992. I notice that, looking at the figures over the years, unless it's a Greek act, the numbers are only about 70% sold at best. Seems like it takes a lot for an international act to truly make a hard sell. I feel for fans in small countries with small music markets, I truly do. They're lucky if their fave visits them every third tour or so.

Yesterday and Saturday, Ed's 360-degree show attracted about 50K audience during the evening.
