This exactly.  Kesha is one of my faves, and I've seen her live twice.  She's an amazing performer and deserves to be one of the artists on the big stage.

The stage they put Kesha on is a decently sized stage. I have seen Marina, Carly Rae, Kali Uchis at that stage and tbh in 2024 I feel like that's about where Kesha ranks at this point

This is clearly for safety reasons first… her sets at the festivals this year have been packed! I knew they were going to move her, but I actually thought they would give her a later slot too.

Sure, she's got it and deserved the big stage, but that doesn't mean they had to pick Kesha as the artist to bump off the big stage.  There are other artists they could have bumped instead.

That eases my mind somewhat.   I think there is a potential boost to an artist's career when they perform in events like this.  Do you think the artists not on the big stage get as much attention from the public and the media as those on the big stage?  I think Kesha, or anyone for that matter, can use that career boost.  I want the public to see how great she is.

For those who have never attended a Kesha concert, I can assure you she lights up the stage with her presence.  I made this 4-minute video from my seat at one of her concerts.

Kesha was early on in the running order, which likely signals she was one of the cheapest on that stage line up as well.

Likely that has played into the decision made by Lollapalooza
