People are not scared of Hitler because they believe the American system protects from that kind of system. While you might think the American system could turn into Nazism, most people dont believe thats possible.

Supporting the Biden administration isn't blindly supporting. We've seen what it looks like versus what the alternative is. I'm not supporting Biden; I'm supporting the whole team that comes with him and would remain if/when he dies. And at this point in time, the Biden administration is the best option we've got. Unless he steps down and his replacement is literally Jesus, the incumbent has the best chance at winning the election.

That's true but those people are wrong. Btw, I don't believe we're facing Hitler 2 but we're definitely in the middle of a christofascist takeover. That part isn't even up for debate anymore. Trump gaining power, pushing Project 2025, and nominating more Supreme Court members is going to push us somewhere we can't come back from without burning everything down and starting "the great American experiment" over from scratch.
