but the larger point is Gaga doesn’t generally gaf if someone is proven or not if she sees something she likes. Even though she tends to use slightly more established names these days, that’s more a biproduct of her access to clubs and the underground and less a lack of interest imo

Ngl Gaga working with Peggy Gou if confirmed would be so exciting.

Her debut album is such an amazing piece of work. And the tracks like the opener Your Art, Lobster Telephone, I Go, Purple Horizon & 1+1=11 have such amazing instrumentals that would sound amazing combined with Gaga's dark lyrics and powerful voice. Some of them give major Gaga tour interlude energy

Peggy is quite an underground artist but more on the popular side of the scene, you clearly haven’t listened to her discography, it’s not made for the charts and she doesn’t just remix songs she produces her own too.

She’s not even remixed that many songs in comparison to other DJ’s, she’s very upcoming and has a fresh sound.

If a certain artist fits on her song and does a good job then what does it matter if they flop after it? It's not like their success or lack of affects the quality of a song.

It almost sounds like you're saying she should only collaborate with artists that are worthy of being in her presence and quite frankly that's kinda SHALLOW

If the list of producers/writers/collaborators that is circulating is true, it will be her best album. Alison Goldfrapp, Caroline Polachek, Peggy Gou, Gesaffelstein, the LORD Martin Gore. Even within the more "commercial" choices, it always seemed to me that collaborating with The Weeknd would be a good choice. Just have to wait and see.
