Bumping into this thread minutes after seeing this really made sense, I’ll look up her music. In the same way people like Madonna inspired generations of new artists, it’s nice to see the impact of Gaga’s music and the way it’s shaping the current musical landscape. I always find when other artists cover it it just doesn't feel right and sounds weird and flat. Looks like she had fun tho. I was JUST thinking the same thing as I watched this performance! And it made me a little emotional because that's how far she's made it at this point.
