Oh yeah it’s definitely harmful for both to be too old, and the risk is higher on the women’s bodies, but I was just making a point about how it’s so rare that you hear these things about men, it’s only ever ‘oh she’s getting too old’ or whatever. And people make jokes about older men having babies with younger women as if the risk isn’t high to harm her there too. Obviously making it known that carrying a baby when you’re older is risky is important!! But it’s also important to talk about the harm that older sperm can have on pregnant people and the baby itself, not just the infertility aspect. All you ever hear about ageing sperm is ‘it’s less fertile’ or ‘there’s less of it’, when it’s actually dangerous. I know the research has come about within the last 10 years, but that’s a whole decade where it hasn’t been spoken about.
 

I was just stressing that society really loves to ignore men in the same areas they find issue/‘faults’ with women.

Natali is a fashion designer, she made many of Gaga's amazing performance outfits. I was also expecting something more special, but this style is obviously intentional, maybe Natali wanted a very traditional and simple wedding.

In case you have missed the posts, I'm older than Gaga and currently pregnant. I don't need education on how it gets riskier as you get older. What I'm saying is age is not the only factor that plays into that. There are so many other factors and yet "people" always say that women need to hurry up, etc. You don't age out at my fertility clinic until like 50. And they aren't going to do anything that will risk their success factors. If Gaga possibly froze her eggs at a younger age, her risk is substantially lower. A lot of geriatric pregnancies (any pregnancy over 35) aren't even treated as high risk anymore unless there are other factors.
