I think it's part of the song. This snippet surprised me because this kinda sounds like a disco build up, there's a clap, and it sounds very electronic, closer to chromatica aesthetic than any of the other albums. Maybe that glitch with the bass at the end of the snippet prepares for a harder beat, darker, more disco rock than disco house, but I'm surprised to how related to chromatica it is
