So it's been reported as a fact for YEARS that Lady Gaga wrote Elevator:

However, I've heard some people say that Lady Gaga was credited on the official CD.

So what's the truth? Did she actually write this, or is it a lie?

I always thought she had and it's interesting that it's by Darkchild but I thought she would have been the one singing on the demo if that was the case but it's someone else singing

Yeah. It kind of makes sense though since Elevator sounds nothing like the other demos she's done, which have more of a Nelly Furtado Loose vibe.
