I agree with this. If Gaga lost 100% of her followers it would have 0% impact on the war. Same goes for any pop star. I saw a TikTok saying we need to cancel Charli, Troye and Shygirl for going on tour together and not saying anything about Palestine yet. It makes no sense to me why this is the call to action.

Israel doesn’t represent Jews across the world. What Israel and its government are doing now has nothing to do with religion or ethnicity, and I think most logical people can see that. I’m sure Gaga wouldn’t be supporting Israel right now, Jewish friends or not.

Besides this, I have seen a bunch of them with 100K+ views calling for her to be blocked because she isn’t using her platform to speak out/raise awareness. 
Whether she wants to speak out or not, she probably is contractually not allowed to weigh in on particularly divisive topics, in the lead up to Joker

Most of people and specially on tik tok were really aware of Israel actions until 2023, The general narrative before was never ending conflicts in the middle eastern, barely any person had interest in what was going on, how can they cancel Gaga for those claims when she went to give a concert and she said what she says in every city she sings 

What's important is now, she's not an full-time activist as much as many fans love her and want her to be everything, there are countless conflicts in the world how can we expect specially her to talk about every single one when she's mostly absent from social media

However she's not exempt from any criticism, she had become the celebrity who sings at political events and say shallow compliments when she used to criticise their politics and demand changes like the don't ask don't tell law  

I agree the celebs are just a screen of wealth, colectivelly we should go to the real responsibles, politicians and heads of companies

Yeah, I have friends who are New York Jews who literally went on birthright trips to Israel who still support Palestinian liberation, so not sure why this user thinks those things are correlated.
