i think it’s partially people are tired of the teasing and partially because if you didn’t read the caption and only looked at the video (with sound), it just looked like a selfie of her on the living room floor while michael put away dishes

We learnt too well with her that some of her teased stuff takes ages to be released. I mean she started teasing officially studio sessions in November 2023, we're in May 2024 and still no sign of close announcement. We are tired

It would be different if she were sharing beats or lyrics or a visual tease...but it's literally some awkward 2 sec video acting like a millennial who is testing out her new video phone  

Like...what are we supposed to gain from someone looking into the camera and showing us a weird test clip? Like I genuinely don't understand.

I'm actually enjoying this pre-era. She has been teasing since January and I'm in a phase of life where I can handle a year of her teasing her next project. Besides, (and I know I'm in a minority), there's nothing else to look forward to from her. I'm NOT into her acting career at all, I haven't bothered to see the trailer for the next movie and I probably won't watch it. What sucks is that if she doesn't release LG7 this summer, then I guess next year it is. I certainly hope she unleashes a proper era. She seems inspired and tuned to her creative spirit, which was so not the case with Chromatica. I really want to love and connect to her music again. It hasn't happened properly since ARTPOP-Cheek to Cheek era.

They had all the world's attention when she started teasing in January, even some websites were sharing the excitement, but this pre era has been managed very poorly (even by Gaga standards)

this is honestly the worst "pre-era" in my opinion.

Pre ARTPOP was magical. Pre LG5/LG6 were also iconic in their own ways - from the fake leaks to the fun teasing and all.

Like someone pointed out, a lot of teasing in the last few months was done for damage control.

It all really just feels uninspired and meh.
