I think it should be illegal for Gaga to miss any MET Gala, she is the MET Gala and should be present and honored every year

I wonder why she doesn't quite go for it at the Met Gala. Her best was the Alexander Wang ensemble from the China through the Looking Glass year (man is awful, but he did right by her with that whole look). Camp was ok, the presentation was more interesting than the ensembles. Versace tech-themed outfit was whatever - she's had more dynamic outfits while walking to her car. If I was her, I'd make it a point to 'own' the Met Gala carpet - she's Lady Gaga, couture is her thing, and she's got the resources. It'd be fun diversion.
