I want the full damn show Edit: What’s great about full shows is that they’re heavily rewatchable (if you like it obvi). Beychella was incredibleeeeee when I watched it, but I struggle to rewatch it cause of the documentary parts. I’m sure the same will happen with Renaissance as well. Artists dont generally put out dvd for their tours after it’s been years. Bloody mary going viral is a completely different story. We got a professional recording for the final Artrave but if we're being honest, she's never seemed to care much for this territory. Maybe she's too self-consious and she keeps shelving them because she's unhappy with her own performance. Personally, I think the announcement of the CB film was just damage control from all the bad press she was getting for Nurtec and Haus Labs. I'd rather we wait until Gaga gets another documentary-style film and we get Terry Richardson's BTW + ARTPOP footage alongside CB (with Joanne skipped, 'cause Five Foot Two fills that gap). I mean the BTW Ball & Joanne Ball both got cut short due to health issues - back then people generally recorded near the end of the tour to release post completion. I don't know if there were planned recordings for those tours or not though. Obviously we did get an ArtRave recording - I can only assume that due to all the backlash she got in that era, the industry execs didn't want to spend more (and lets face it, concert dvds were a niche market then before streaming them took off). But yeah basically, I don't think we can assume she didn't care for this territory given the way previous tours & eras played out.
