Fan-made ‘Alice’ Don Perignon MV playing in Mexico

So I’m sitting at La Chinampa Taqueria outside the Pepsi Center in Mexico City eating some tacos. 
 

They have these screens up playing music videos of popular songs (lots of Dua Lipa) and suddenly I start hearing the Alice intro and see Chromatica Gaga on the tv. 

I think this was the video ^^

I was low-key shook to see this fan edited Alice MV with all the Dom Perignon visuals playing in such a public space. 
 

Has anyone else seen this before? Did Alice have a surge of popularity in Latin America ?
