Madonna asks court to dismiss lawsuit over late concert start times

I dunno I feel like at this point everyone and their mom knows Madonna is always 2 hours late, so why not plan with that in mind? Has Madonna ever started on the suggested time? I think not.

Lol yeah, it's definitely habitual. I was getting antsy waiting and the couple behind me left before she even made it onstage.

The thing is the fact that she consistently comes on late is widely known so I don’t understand why anyone would show up early or even on time for the show. 
 

I just saw her last week in Houston and even though the doors opened at 7:30, I didn’t get there until 9:30 knowing she wouldn’t come on til at least 10pm (she ended up coming on at 10:15)

I attended the Celebration Tour after the lawsuit took place.

I thought she would be "on time" because of the lawsuit, but surprisingly, she still started her show a bit after 10PM

Even though the concert was incredible, it was disrespectful of her to make us wait so long.

No literally same. It’s so known I just came late and sat down all said and done 5 minutes before she went on

Interesting to read as literally yesterday (April 4) I was attending the show in Tampa. Doors opened at 6:30, advertised start at 8:30, she officially took the stage from 10:35pm - 12:45am. No cuts to the setlist but man was that late for a Thursday night....oof. Had a 1 1/2 hour drive afterwards - got home around 2:30am and back to work at 8:00am. Gross. 

..... but it was a really fun show!

I want it to go ahead purely to see what the explanation is for the persistent lateness. 

I'm not sure if there's any merit to the case unless the venue has a publicly published and enforced curfew though
