Self-Titled topped by Lemonade, somehow Lemonade topped by Renaissance, and now this??? Im so happy to be a card carrying, certified member of the Bey-hive, she makes consuming popular culture interesting in a way that no artist does anymore. The thought, attention to detail (in everything from album titles, to cover, to visuals, to fashion, to music itself) is unmatched by anyone working currently. It makes me happy to live in a time when she’s still at her absolute prime. I love sooo many other artists, Gaga, Taylor, Ariana, etc. and they all make me excited to be a music listener, but Beyoncé triggers something different in me altogether. It feels almost academic with her sometimes lmao Spoiler I know this is a lot, lmao, I’m just stanning out a little right now. I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.
