Honestly it doesn’t make much sense for an artist like Gaga to release a cover without herself on it. I mean I somewhat agree, I like that each cover is like a reflection of her evolution. A bit like Björk who sees each of her album covers as some kind of a tarot card representing the character she's embodying in the record.
