in all seriousness, what was the message of recreating FameGa, was she cosplaying as the product of herself that media have torn apart?

I have ALWAYS wondered this myself. 

 I would love for someone to ask Gaga that in a Q n’ A about her career or something.

The only one of these Gaga was really “referencing” / singling out The Fame Ga in was 2018, and that’s because of the 10 year anniversary which she had made a post about too. The ARTPOP one is just a similar vibe, because the whole era was about referencing as much as possible about everything. Hence her TF and BTW inspired acts during the ArtRAVE, and Applause at the VMAs

I believe she was intentionally going back to FameGa during the ARTPOP era, yes

She talked about how she went back to her roots for inspiration, with her early love for Andy Warhol being a theme that was reflected in the album. She also revisited some of her iconic TF-era looks for ARTPOP, with examples off the top of my head being the album cover (she chose the FameGa bangs cuz it was recognizable), and the bubble blowing dress (obviously a play on the bubble dress from the Fame Ball)

i'd interpret it as a big rush creative power, like she's about to release something of to start something new, like she feels new again.... 

also yeah, the bubble dress is an update. She love to update her classical items like the disco stick. to always be classical and new.
