And yes, people are saying its impossible - there's literally a direct quote from Lily saying you can't have both. 

I guess it depends to what degree they mean.

 

If u wanna be there with your kids most days, spend lots of quality time, keep baby sitters to a minimum etc then yeah, u pretty much have to leave the work force or not work more than part time

 

But ill take ur word for it for her specific case since i dont really know anything about her career
