"Call it genocide", "Call for a ceasefire", "Call for a U.N resolution". None of these buzz words will solve this conflict. Yes I'd rather not Biden fully alienate Israel to the point they won't listen to him anymore. They know he's gone by next January. They know Congress is on their side. They can easily ditch Biden, stop listening to him and do what Hungary for example (another U.S ally) do, completely ignore Biden. And that would be really terrible for the Palestinians. So his approach has been the correct one, pressuring Israel WHERE IT MATTERS (increasing aid, reducing operations, pushing towards a ceasefire implementation) not the stupid theatrics with zero impact on the ground. So shameful There are protestors at the border blocking the trucks and Israeli officials are taking selfies w the protesters and not stopping them. Meanwhile in Tel Aviv, protesting Naz!yahoo will get a violent police response. They really just dont give a **** 😭 Honestly if Israel ruins this port in anyway there is no hope til Biden defunds them because literally what else can he do?
