The fact that "Fortnite Festival" did not exist as a game mode until very recently, and Gaga's appearance being tied to that mode exclusively, means they had to actively work on and or rework this content very recently as well.

Plans for LG7 build up or integration could have easily been added then. This is not just rehashed content that was planned 4 years ago in order to fulfill a contract and be done with it, this is a very strategic move to build up publicity.

Wether it's this week, this month, next month or the month after that.
(Since the in-game season lasts until April 22nd)

There is no doubt for me that this collab coming out now is part of the rollout leading to LG7.

On Jan 27th, 2023, Fortnite released their collaboration with The Kid Laroi. He got skins, gear, and emotes to use in the game (Festival wasnt out at this time yet). His whole style was from his 2021-22 era.

However, Epic Games surprised us all and released an emote of his new song “Love Again” that was released the very same day.

Look, I firmly believe something is coming this Friday. And I believe Gaga will release her new song from LG7, and it will be an emote you can dance to in the game.
