I don't see what's wrong with it? I do pay for stuff in other games too, wheter it is battle passes or skins. If I play fortnite and they release a skin that I like why shouldn't I buy it? If you feel forced to buy a skin just because it's Lady Gaga and you don't play the game and don't get to enjoy the money you've spent on it that's on you, nobody forced you to buy it.

You'd also know if you play Fortnite regularly (like I used to do, I don't play as much these days) you'll earn coins in the battle pass that you can spend on skins and that's for example what I did. I got the full Gaga bundle with coins I had saved just from playing the game.

You can join the fun, it's a free game. Do you want to get the skin? You pay for it, it's been like that with all of their collaborations and it's always like that in every game. I don't get where is all this frustration coming from

I’m realistic and am happy with what we’ve been given.

She’s literally stopped posting studio pics. Just like she did every other time.
