Being an entertainer is a privilege and a present that WE give you. It's not your birth right. If you f up to a degree like he has MULTIPLE times, it's time for you to go. End of. I'm tired of artists entitlement. We really fed some of them the kool aid that they are a gift to earth like girl bye. that's not a great take, many points made here are not only untrue, but kind off disrespectful. pop stars with millions of dollars in their bank accounts are small minority of performers/entertainers. most work for hours on hours and are still barely making it. that's not a privilege, that's hard work, like any other. and that thing about "permission from the public" makes it even less serious. albums/songs,performances are products like any other. you like it, you buy it. acting like you are giving someone a gift by listening to their work is just disrespectful. it's a mutual exchange at best. sometimes a gift from the artist to the public, if it's free, not the other way. and i'm not defending him, he can rot.
faysalaaa 3,140
I could agree with him if its his actual past, but every year, there is a story about him abusing and stalking women. Last time I heard about him abusing a woman was last year with Teyana Taylor!
hELXIG 41,916
'living in the past' umm.. he never changed. He's just pissed that his abuse went public because Rihanna spoke out. If he had changed and apologised and was making an effort to be a good person then yeah maybe. Entitled prick I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

A D A M 530
You were using violence because you disagreed with someone. Now youuu're mad that people disagree to have anything in relation with you? Chil, grow some backbone finally, people are allowed to say "no" and you have to let it go

I was specifically speaking about him and artists like him who f up to a insane degree. Not talking about other artists in general. I understand their work is a gift to the public. It's an equivelant exchange. We give you attention and money and love and you give us your gift, talent and hard work. I get that. I'm more so talking about when an artist messes up TOO many times and does horrific things like Chris has done. At that point...the privilege of being a entertainer can and should end imo. I hope that clarifies my take a little more and stuff and I appreciate ur take and comment

SlowLoris 979
So when has he come forward, genuinely remorseful and apologetic? When has he laid out the steps he's taking to better himself? How has he helped victims of domestic violence? All he does is get mad at people for being disturbed by him. Zero growth and zero signs of genuine remorse other than regretting getting caught. Disgusting.
