Chart positions do not mean success. top songs on US chart usually get half of its points from radio airplay. Karol has many fans in the US who stream her music. her album Mañana Será Bonito got over 118M on-demand streams on its 1st week in the US, this is more than Gaga or Miley's latest albums.
