With Gaga I learned not to care about appearances when it comes to the look of the covers. I don't particularly like the covers of BTW and ARTPOP and yet they are her two most iconic albums. I'm really impatient for the tracklist. I haven't been this excited since the ARTPOP days.

There are 2 similar pictures. Gagas face is at a different angle on each. 
There is also a full body version of the first one. 
Of course we don’t actually know if these are the supposed covers though.

it’s probably nothing but..the creative team that has worked on Gaga’s stuff this era (HQ, Disease) has had one other client since starting last year (or only showing two clients on their Instagram), and that’s Nine Inch Nails. They worked on the Tron announcement visuals, and maybe the visuals for NINs upcoming tour that was just announced? They uploaded the poster for that yesterday:
