I agree that there is not much awareness about Disease in general public but they didn't do nothing either. Disease could be good song but it was far from radio friendly, so we can't expect so much from it. Singles like Marry the Night and Million Reasons (before Superbowl) also had so many performances but they didn't save it. About Harlequin, she was already overexposed due to Joker 2. I remember there was so much hate so her as they believe she ruined the film by making it a musical. If she goes on promoting Harlequin album, it will be a terrible PR. On the other hand, I think the second single will be delayed. I was expecting it in January because in December there were some rumors that a new music video had been shot... so I think unfortunately the new single will be released in February... So my guess is no type of announcement coming this month for Lady Gaga. Copacabana announcement coming next month.
