Rio's mayor promised the announcement of the Copacabana show in the first two weeks of January. It didn't happen and yesterday he tweeted "calm down people, it will work out, why so much anxiety?" with the Bad Romance music video. Maybe she probably asked to postpone the announcement as to not be insensitive??? So, how long after this tragedy do you guys think is an ok time to announce stuff and not be deemed insensitive?
