I literally said that I accepted that this era will have minimal promo.

 Gaga’s music (ballads/ duets aside) has not been popular with the GP for years now. So it’s almost obvious that the album won’t move the earth. 
I want promo/ content for us fans to enjoy. Not for chart impact. 
Let’s be real if chart success wasn’t her top priority, we will eventually be getting that content regardless. 
Anyway, I’m not mad about it. As long as we get the album before coachella. That’s all I care about.

I think she’s doing what she feels is best for her. If she wants numbers, she can always do more promo. Like someone said before, it’s probably to do with JFAD.

The silence probably is the backup plan. While I don't agree with putting all the eggs in the JFAD basket, I do think laying low after the fiasco was the right thing to do and is what most celebrities do when something bad/embarrassing happens. Don't address it. Stay low and make the public forget it. The pivot is probably that this new era will be treated as a comeback. We may not agree with that plan but it IS a plan.

Really thinking about our situation has made me realise that Monsters are probably acting “entitled” because reality is setting in. 
 

Think about it, this could very well be our last chance at having a “proper” era. 
Going by Gaga’s track record LG8 will release when she’s near her mid 40’s. 
By then I expect her to be in full Mom/ wife mode. 
 

If she isn’t giving us a full era during her 30’s, likelihood is that we will get even less in 5 years time. 
Her studio albums have been drifting further and further apart and I guess we are all desperate to get whatever we can before her private life truly begins. 
 

I will of course be happy for her. It’s what she’s always wanted. But it’ll also be the end of an era for us. 
 

Is it so bad to want as much content as possible before that happens?

I don't see Gaga holding her era promo longer (because of fire) tbh. That's a local issue and she's announced for the benefit event. That's all she can do at her level. Could see Coppacabana show being announced next week. 

Apparently all the deals were wrapped last week and some detals about it already leaked. So yeah that's the next upcoming announcement imo

Honestly I think that the things we're acting "entitled" to is basic promo and celebrity behaviour. Like I don't need to know what she's eating for breakfast and what she does with Michael, but her general silence and lack of presence is so boring.

Am I the only finding weird she hasn't even posted about the L.A. benefit show she's taking part of ? Most artists involved posted about it.

I mean isn't the goal to promote this event to get some money for charity matter ?

I also miss her old interactions but it seems like she has grown out of it and she has stated that the social media has become a toilet.

Is that why both DWAS and Disease had low 1st day streaming numbers? She opened with 4.5M, not 7-8-9 million. The GP is NOT curious about her, and we have factual proof of that, let's not delude ourselves. If the GP was curious for her, she wouldn't be so "promo sensitive".

For everyone that feels torn on how they feel, ie They want ‘more’ in terms of her presence… but they also want her to just be happy and healthy / eras are not what they expect …..

The reason we feel this way sometimes is simply one word: Nostalgia… it’s part of life’s journey… looking back at the fun we experienced and wanting to bring it into the present… nostalgia is part of life….. she’s still going very strong and her talent continues to deliver amazing moments for us

It’s okay for fans to be disappointed with how things are going atm. October was 3 months ago and it’s been silent ever since. We could have had 3 months of Disease content, not for the charts, but just for the fans. A November SNL performance, a gagavision, more fan interaction, a club performance, street fashion in NYC etc. 
 

Mini single eras are what add up to make an album era. It’s frustrating that she has abandoned those for no reason but then turns around and says how excited she is and that she has so much in store for us. Sounds like more empty words to me. 
 

Users here like to claim entitlement and little managers etc but it’s SO easy for gaga to make us happy actually. Literally wear the disease outfit and walk around the city for like 20 minutes and it would set this site aflame. No rehearsal, money or planning needed.
