When I say promotion, I’m talking about creating an awareness amongst the GP. 
Obviously we have no idea what might be planned, but right now people are mostly unaware that an album is coming. Hell, most people aren’t even aware that Disease exists.

I agree this is what’s gonna happen, but it doesn’t mean fans should automatically take it and not have thoughts. Expecting the bare minimum isn’t a fun way of doing things, even if it’s the future for us.

I could see it being delayed tbh. It could be seen as insensitive to announce anything with these fires. Her home is in Malibu, and a lot of other homes there are just ash. It’s her community/neighborhood. I’d be upset, but it would make sense for her to hold off for now and focus on relief efforts.

There won’t ever be an appropriate time if she keeps postponing things tho. The industry is still moving. Let’s see if Beyoncé announces on the 14th and if she receives any backlash.

I’m wondering what it is  I just don’t see Cowboy Carter getting a huge tour but that’s just my opinion. Some fans thinks it’s Act III.

There's no way her team will announce anything right now. That's PR101. It would be incredibly dumb and careless of her team to do so. 

The Grammys are also rumored to be postponed. That's how significant this fire is. It sucks but it is what it is. Honestly, whether she has 4 weeks or 6 weeks of preorders shouldn't matter that much. Some artist like Kendrick, Bey, and Taylor are able to drop their albums with no notice at all.

Best to let Bey announce her thing on jan14 so that would help break the ice a little.

It was rumored that the single was changed last minute so that could be a reason why we got nothing out of this release. My bets are on the last week of January, if nothing happens then I give up lol.
