There are tools online that show when most people are on their phone/social media, etc. so they may be waiting for peak usage time. 3-5pm would be perfect as it works for both East and West Coast - with the time difference. Because she planned to announce the beggining of the new era at the end of the film because the single might come this friday May 31. Also there's already a snippet of the actual song, they wouldn't wait more than a few days to release it bc leakers could go for it specially talking about Gaga. I'm a big supporter of this idea, but knowing her team, they also can go the opposite and miss out these opportunities. Let's hope that's not the case! I would never be able to be in a position like yours because I would drive myself NUTS not having someone to talk to about it.
