What would be considered explicit though? I hope she doesn't go after people making making harmless AI photos of her. Although this could be good overall since we need more AI regulation in order to protect people's privacy and reputation. It will be an interesting case if it goes to court.

Well period but why not sue the people who made it instead? Like wouldn’t she lose thanks to Section 230? I think targeting those to created it us fairer
