What Are Your Hopes For Gaga In 2024?

- Maybe too early but would love a teaser or first look for Joker 2 to be released during the Super Bowl in Feb. 

- Chromatica Ball Movie (its never too late Gaga )

- A return to something similar to GagaVision. Doesn’t necessarily have to be a video, but would love little updates here are there for the fans, even its small life updates. Kinda similar to what Lorde sends out to her fans. 

- Gaga pop up shops. I know its random and maybe something her team/Interscope would approve but would love for something like “Haus of Gaga” shop in Vegas to go on tour, maybe showcasing some pieces from the archives, along with some merch.

Tho I'm sure most of us on here would love LG7 next year. Above everything else she does we all just want new music!

For my hopes;

I'd love LG7 to be a huge return to form, whilst also being a full-on (and very much needed) reinvention of 'Lady Gaga'. ARTPOP and onwards have all been hit n' misses imo so it's about time she works hard on producing something rly solid and timeless.

I no longer care that much about what the music will be like, just as long as it's top quality, daring and modern! A confident and bombastic second coming. Pls. Whilst she's still young.

Probably just for Joker 2 to be a really good and memorable performance tbh, one that I can fully enjoy (I don't need her to win a 1000 awards to appreciate her as an actress!!)

It is interesting to read opinions about it in non-stan places because people are just puzzled by it because of the musical aspect. It is very much a risk. Some say the ceiling for it is 650M gross WW, which is okay but not outstanding. It is not guaranteed at all that it will be a billion grossing movie. It has to be genuinely good for that. Joker 2 is going to be such a moment I don’t hope or care for anything else. Tbh I’ve felt that way since the moment it was announced. She deserves a break and I hope she is having that, though it seems as usual she is working hard behind the scenes.

Yeah, which is why I said that it “could” be really big. The movie is definitely high risk/high reward. It has a lot going against people: people questioning why it’s a musical, why they cast Lady Gaga, and why the first Joker movie even needed a sequel in the first place. But if the movie is genuinely good and interesting, which I think it will be, it could be massive.

There are only two comic book films coming out next year from Marvel and DC, and Joker’s one of them. And in a time where comic book movies have become more and more formulaic, I think what differentiates Joker is just how risky and experimental it is compared to other comic book movies we’ve gotten over the past couple of years. I think that’ll excite people, or at least peak their curiosity.

I'm looking forward to the Joker promo. I always enjoy her movie promotion looks. I don't really have any hopes beyond that besides the film itself of course. I hope it does well.
