so tl;dr they took an old ass Bjork outtake from the late 90s/early 00s and slapped a trendy popstar on it so it could sell as a "new" single? :messga:

She said she's been trying to find this for a long time but couldn't remember its name until recently, then she realized that the song is dance hall which is a precursor to reggaeton, which led her to think of Rosalia (with home she has a good relationship) and that's how the song came about to be in its current form. Sega Bodega has also been close to bjork recently so im not surprised that he's on it as well. I don't think bjork cares about trendy popstars, it's not like this song will sell that much :messga: And if it does then great because the proceeds go to fighting whaling in Iceland.

Soft, soothing, and succulent

I was like "Björk and Rosalía?" then I remember Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett have two whole ass albums together

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

Rosalia has cited Bjork as an inspiration several times and Bjork’s mentioned her love for Rosalia’s music, too. So I’m glad that they’re collaborating with each other. Not gonna lie, I’m surprised that they didn’t collaborate on an Arca track since both Rosalia and Bjork were featured on Arca’s album.

Love that concept, 20yo vocals unheard mixed with current vocals and updated instrumental
