That is roughly double the 2% to 3% that is considered long term sustainable (depending on rate of economic growth) It is especially concerning when a Nation already has a very high debt load and the high deficits are not being run during times of emergency (severe economic downturn like 2008, a health pandemic like Covid, natural disaster, war etc) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
