Lizzo plans to sue former dancers who are suing her

Lizzo's got plans to sue the same backup dancers who are taking her to court and new photos appear to show her accusers having a great time backstage following some nude entertainment in Paris, about a month after Amsterdam.

Lizzo's accusers -- Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez -- claim they were essentially forced to go to the Paris topless show, but Lizzo's attorney says that contradicts the photos ... he says they're "happily cavorting backstage" with the topless dancers, who are the ones in the colorful wigs.

 Lizzo's accusers also chose to re-up with Lizzo a few weeks after the Paris show and return for the third leg of her tour.

Lizzo's attorney says he has other "substantial evidence" in addition to the photos and videos that "prove the glaring contradictions between what the plaintiffs claim in their bogus lawsuit and what is actually proven by the facts."

Lizzo's lawyer is ripping the lawsuit as a "sham" ... and he tells us she intends to sue for malicious prosecution after she wins the backup dancers' suit.

Im still not taking sides just yet but i wanna point out photos do not prove anything. A quick still and facial expressions can be taken out of context or they can be forced if a photo was planned as a group

 

In addition, even video doesnt prove it. Someone could still enjoy moments at a party or event they didnt really want to go to. Or worse even they didnt enjoy any of it but faked they did cuz their boss that made them go was around

 

This is like saying someone is lying about having depression because theres photos or videos of them smiling. Someone can hate life and still have isolated moments of joy

 

Likewise, someone can still have moments they smiled at an event they didnt really wanna go to. It doesnt prove there wasnt any pressure to go

The dancers looking happy is not proof of anything lol

Lizzo can easily do a better job with a strong response considering the dancers accusations is weird and weak

Exactly! The saddest people I know often smile "on demand" actually! They had to learn how to hide how terrible they felt I assume.

A photo of employees posing with their boss in the way their boss wants them to pose proves nothing lol. Lizzo, be a better employer! There's a huge difference between being a #girlboss and an actual good employer!

I'm still not sure what she was accused of but I hope it's not true 'cause I've always seen Lizzo as a source of light in the industry

also her dancers said in the lawsuit that it was artful but they were not informed that Crazy Horse in Paris is a nude cabaret bar so they were robbed of the choice not to participate.

The pictures don't mean anything really, but this to me, is the big takeaway.

If they were so abused and uncomfortable, why did they re-up?

in April one of the dancers recorded even an audition tape for the second season of Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls and in an interview she said that most things in the lawsuit happened after this video.

but Amsterdam and the whole European tour happened before April.
she recorded a meeting with Lizzo in April and got fired in early May.

Was she not there? I got the impression from the article she attended with them?

 

But either way, my point was just that Photos dont prove anything

 

Ive gone to company events i didnt really wanna go to but went out of a sense of obligation to not look bad. Just because i didnt really wanna go doesnt i was miserable the whole time and never smiled and a picture might still tell u otherwise but i certainly felt a degree of pressure to go

 

Also yes i get the point that they say they were robbed of the choice. Maybe they were totally fine with being there too but just didnt like that they werent informed
