The only Mexican inspired chains that I'm aware of in Canada (at least my area) are: Ā - Taco Bell - Burrito Boyz - Quesada - Fat Bastards Ā Then of course there's always the independent places but those are the only Mexican food chains I'm aware of... Ā Now I wanna see if there's some place here that does something like that cuz that looks GOOD!!!!!!! Ā Canada does not have as many Mexicans as the US tho, not even close so I'm not surprised our options are more limited Ā My part of Canada is really strong with Indian, Middle Eastern and Jamaican immigrants so it's easier to find culture foods from those backgrounds.
