1. I'm sure they have to pre-negotiate a time slot beforehand because of the workers contracts, when they have to finish for the night (they might be unionised or unable to do overtime), to restrict power usage to a certain amount spread across the stages at certain times etc

2. I wonder if she had some kind of breakdown or something before going on. It simply cannot just be that she was fluffing around nonchalantly backstage. There are people whose job it is to keep time, and ensure there is extra time as a buffer. I'm thinking maybe she still has crazy stage-fright and panic attacks or something which becomes a health hazard sending her onstage in that state. Who knows what goes on backstage? Not us. The real reason could be anything

3. I really think the hair thing was a tongue-in-cheek joke... and also a kind of stupid excuse she threw out to cover what was really going on

she was late and had to skip songs at every show she played that year. she was late in São Paulo because she was watching her brother getting a tattoo.

I have a feeling that the hair comment she passed was very sarcastic ...... maybe something else happened. Who knows. Also Guns n Roses performance ran 20 minutes over time on a main stage and nothing happened there......
