Leigh-Anne says Little Mix came to a natural end

Leigh-Anne confirms the official disbandment of Little Mix, despite claiming it was a hiatus. However, i'm sure they'll be back one day.

Leigh-Anne also confirmed she has the next two singles for her album picked out after 'Don't Say Love'.

Those are 'My Love' and 'Stealing Love'. She also named an album track called 'I Did That'.

“We smashed it as a band. We did so blooming well,” the High Wycombe-born, Surrey-residing star, and now mother to twins says of that time. Now, though, it’s all about her. Working on her first solo album in her Jamaican home was “such a liberating feeling because you don’t have to compromise.” In a group, there’s a lot of that. Not every song suits every voice, plus “all of us have to agree on what we were saying,” she explains. “Now it’s so amazing for us, because we can literally just say whatever we want straight from the heart.”

The video is about trying to escape the feeling of being overlooked and undervalued. I’m a stunt woman in it, it’s mad! I dive into water to symbolise rebirth and letting go of that pain. Then I go into my love and step into this new person – or the person I always knew I was that I just lost on the way. The message I want people to take away is that we all deserve to be loved 100%.

I’ve always wanted to do fashion, I’ve always loved it. My fans always say that I’m the fashion girl of the group – even the girls used to say it. I’m excited to be able to push that even further: My looks, my hair, everything… I’m stepping into my elegance era. There’s eight looks in the video – so, I am serving guys, what more do you want from me?! Jenke Ahmed styled the video and he’s worked with Beyoncé as well. I [will] be able to experiment even more; now it’s just me you don't have to worry about if you look a bit odd in the group.

Leigh-Anne's debut single comes out on Friday.

I thought it was only a hiatus. Kinda surprised...they could have milked their last era as their goodbye era instead of just a pre-hiatus album...

Really shocked they've ended it. Their last album was their best in my opinion and it resulted in so much success including another #1 single even though it looked like those days were behind them. Why would they would to end it after seeing that they were still on top after all these years? I get the whole "leaving on a high" idea but it ultimately makes no sense. Don't you want to keep up your success while you're clearly still relevant and your fans are loving it? Usually you disband when its clear no one's interested in you anymore. And certainly labels will want you to keep going as long as you're pulling in money. I thought they'd want to keep going, break the record for the longest time a girl group had been together, the girl group with the most albums, etc. But I get it, they've got kids now and priorities have changed. But they're taking a big risk by going solo after being a band for so long. I feel like people just view them as a unit and can't hype them as soloists. Jesy's unfortunately not getting anywhere and I don't see anything turning out much better for the other ones. But the future of the band will all depend on how well these solo efforts go. If they all flop, they'll be back together in two shakes of a lamb's tail. Ironically, that means fans will be encouraged not to support their solo efforts.
